Rick is an ERC resident and a handyman extraordinaire. I've listed him in plumbing because he installed a dishwasher for me. Rick was on time, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. He even found a small leak while working under the sink and fixed it at no extra charge, even though his quoted price was already VERY reasonable.
