Ken Clary (General Manager) and the rest of the crew at Driver's Edge are wonderful! We trust both of our vehicle's with them for everything from basic oil changes to extensive repair. They are trustworthy, honest and extra friendly. They always tell you if there's something they have found or recommend fixing BEFORE they fix it. We have two young children who can't wait for very long either and Driver's Edge gets us in and out in a great timely manor~ Another great thing with them is they're always running specials and discounted coupons for everything! Just look in the Ad Pages Savings Magazine. They have two locations in Plano but the one we go to is just down the street from ERC. They're on the SW corner of Legacy and Coit right behind Quizno's. They're wonderful~!!

Tidwell Auto Service is located BEHIND the Firestone at Parker &
Independence, in the strip mall that holds Curves and Gymboree. It is an
odd little place to find, and I am thrilled to have been referred there.
Tidwell Auto is both friendly and HONEST--something you rarely see in an
auto shop. While a dealership will pressure you into paying for all sorts
of unnecessary work on your car, Tidwell's only fixes what NEEDS fixing.
(Example: a dealer quoted us $600 replacement for a flapping underpiece of
plastic; Tidwell's fixed it with plastic bolts during an oil change *free*
of charge.) We bring our cars there each summer for a all-over-checkup and
we have never paid more than $200 for the things they have serviced.
