The alarm systems installed in our homes by the builder are getting old and starting to need repairs. I got some repairs done to my alarm system by "Advanced Home Systems", 214-340-2222. I was satisfied with their work.

We use Smith Thompson and have for years.  They upgraded our original alarm system with a wireless monitoring connection that does not need a phone line and also installed a carbon monoxide sensor.  They started in Plano and are still headquartered here.  I don' think they have ever raised their monitoring rates.  We also pay once a year to get an annual discount instead of monthly.  They have gotten bigger and bigger and are spread across Texas now but I feel like we still get hometown service.
