Committees

The Estates of Russell Creek has various committees to serve our home owners association and our neighborhood.  Please volunteer to serve on a committee.

  • Architectural

The ERC Architectural Committee is responsible for enforcing compliance with the ERC Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and appropriate municipal codes.

The "Committee" reviews and approves all property change form requests that are required for residents of the Estates of Russell Creek - members and non-members of the ERC HOA - to submit BEFORE doing various types of improvements to their home and their property.  We have listed the details document linked below the various reasons when a form submission is required BEFORE work should be started.  If you are not sure, it's best to submit a form or contact the committee chairman or CMA management to ask. If residents have previous improvements to their homes but have not submitted and received approval from the committee or from the ERC Board of Directors complications could arise upon sale of the property.  It's best to avoid any problems and request approval for work that has already been done but not yet approved rather than waiting to get a letter from CMA.  Please read More Information on the Architectural Committee and the ERC Covenants for more details on what the committee does and how it helps to protect the property values of all ERC Residents.
