This Pool is a private facility. It is open to The Estates of Russell Creek HOA Members and their accompanied guests only.
Only ERC residents and their approved guests utilize our facilities. Scheduling may change but as of now the plan is to have a lifeguard @ the Bonita pool on duty 3pm - 7pm on weekdays and 2pm - 8pm on weekends. Kimbrough will have a lifeguard on duty on the weekends from 2pm - 8pm as well. The responsibility of the lifeguards is to make sure the pool is safe and the pool area is secure. Note: if your children are less than 13 they must have adult supervision the entire time they are at the pool.
NO running, roughhousing, or lewd behavior allowed.
NO diving of any type allowed.
NO bikes, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, or any other motorized vehicles allowed in the pool area.
NO abusive language, loud radios or excessive noise permitted. Please be respectful to the homes that surround the pool.
NO glass containers permitted in the pool area.
NO food or drinks permitted IN any of the pools.
NO grills of any type permitted in the pool area. NO pets permitted in the pools or pool area.
NO tampering with pool or safety equipment.
NO swimming with communicable diseases, skin abrasions, or open soars.
NO smoking allowed in the pool area.
NO propping open of gates. Gates must remain closed at all times.
Reserving ERC Pools for Private Parties
Parties will be allowed at both pools with these restrictions
(Please see by laws for more specifics)
-Parties of 20 or less non ERC members hosted by ERC member, permitted by reservation only
-Parties of 20 or less majority of ERC members, no reservation needed
-$50.00 non-refundable user fee will be charged in advance
-20 guest maximum, including one adult per 5 children under 13 years
-Limited to off-peak times: Mon-Thurs, 9a-11a, 2p-4p, 7p-9p
-Only one party/pool at above times
-Maximum 2 tables/8 chairs may be used

Each resident of The Estates of Russell Creek is responsible for enforcing these rules. Please do not hesitate to remind someone of a rule. If the problem persists, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK THEM TO LEAVE, OR CALL THE POLICE IF NECESSARY.
