Architectural

Responsible for homeowner compliance with the community's Covenants, Conditions  and Restrictions and appropriate municipal codes.

Block Captains

Coordinates the distribution of New Resident Welcome packets, updated ERC Name  and Address directories, and other information to the residents of the Estates of Russell Creek.

 

Children's Fall Festival

Responsible for organizing a Fall Festival for the children in the neighborhood. Also coordinates any additional children's activities requested and approved throughout the year.

Children's Spring Fling

Responsible for organizing a Spring Fling for the children in the neighborhood. Also coordinates any additional children's activities requested and approved throughout the year.

Crime Watch

Acts as the community's liaison to the City Crime Watch Program and provides crime and safety reports to the ERC Board of Directors. Works closely with the Block Captains to distribute vital information.

Directory

Maintains and updates a list of all the names and addresses of residents in the neighborhood and ensures this information is made available for distribution by the Block Captains on an annual basis.

Education

Monitors all school-related issues that have an impact on the children and families of the Estates of Russell Creek to ensure our community's needs are kept first in all education related decisions.

Garage Sale--Open position for Fall 2007

Coordinates our annual Estates of Russell Creek Garage Sale.

Golf League

Coordinates the Men's golf league and one annual golf tournament for the Estates of Russell Creek.

Hardship --Open position

Responsible for coordinating and meeting the special needs for those families in the Estates of Russell Creek that are undergoing a family crisis or hardship.

Ladies Activities

Meets once a month for educational activities, fun, and socializing

Summer Parties -- Open position

Responsible for the family/adult summer pool party.

Swim Clubs

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the two recreational swim facilities. This includes pool maintenance, cleaning, rule enforcement, services, and security.

Bonita Pool Watch

Kimbrough Pool Watch

 

Tennis

Coordinates all activities regarding the scheduling of lessons, clubs and tournaments.  May also implement a reservation system during peak usage, if necessary.

Zoning

Researches all zoning issues that may directly and/or indirectly affect Estates of Russell Creek.  Informs all residents of any new construction, new businesses, and rezoning that develop within the area that surrounds Estates of Russell Creek

 

Newsletter

Provides neighbors with information through the monthly neighborhood newsletter.
