About Us

The Estates of Russell Creek is a premier master planned community originally developed by Hillwood Development in an area known on orignal survey maps as Highland Ridge. Building in the area started in 1990 and reached its peak in 1996.  Our neighborhood is made up of 850 homes.  Most of the homes were built by Huntington Homes, Drees Custom Homes and Beazer Homes. We are well situated for easy access to the Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex including DFW Airport since we are located in Northwest Plano just South of the US Highway 121 Tollway and between the Dallas North Tollway and US 75 Central Expressway near the prestigious Legacy Park business corridor.
